Start
Put in at Porteau Cove,
Paddle just over 1km south for the "start" then about 1km into the channel and head North.
Finish
Finish up the canal in Squamish
Staying further north (than the line tracked here) between kilometers 12.5-15.5 will give you a faster run
This takes you that bit out of the Squamish River river current, but like anything on the sea, also depends on the tides etc.
