  • Name, email address, GPS data pertaining to the time logged. 
  • Images, Videos, data provided by you for use to populate runs and/or courses on the website.
  • Your name, time/s logged will be visible on the website leaderboard pertaining to the run you completed.
  • Your name will be displayed on the run or course page you have provided data for.
  • Your name and image may appear on the Contributors page.
  • Name and email address when subscribing to receive updates from the website and when uploading information for a run or course.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • When you subscribe in order to receive updates on new runs or courses, blogs, race dates and other news
  • when you submit information for a run or course we collect your name and email address in order to contact you should we need any further information
