Weather & more

Short but can be very spicy as described by Giles Heffer after his first run.  Works on an Easterly and South Easterly.  Swell height can be double forecast around Carr Beacon.  Launching at the East end of the beach head towards the marker on St Baldred's Boat, you can either turn for the downwind here or head round Carr Beacon for a slightly more committed start to the run.  Aim for Craighleith, the island opposite North Berwick Harbour, both an inside or mid line works for this run.  Get out there and have fun on this short run.
